  • Maid: nanna hesaru Kamala akka (I am Kamala) 
  • Master: estu mane kelasa maduthiya? (In how many houses are you working?) 
  • Maid: nanu 5 mane kelsa madtini akka (I work in 5 houses) 
  • Master: estu sambala beku? (How much salary are you expecting?) 
  • Maid: 4000 kodi akka (Give me Rs 4000 sister) 
  • Master: jasti aithu RS 3500 kodtini (I will pay you Rs 3500) 
  • Maid: sari akka nale bartini (ok I will come from tomorrow) 

Master: 


  • illi swalpa kasa gudisi ( sweep the floor) 
  • Hall bahala galigide clean maadi (hall is dirty clean it)
  • illi clean agilla (this is not clean) 
  • Yaake evattu late (why you late today) 

  • Ninne yaake bandilla (why you didn’t come yesterday) 

  • Naale estu time ge bartiya (At what time you will be coming tomorrow) 

  • Naale nanu ooralli iralla barabeda (tomorrow I will not be in station, don’t come) 

  • Pakka da mane ge hogtiya (are you going to neighbor house) 

  • Ee kade/ a kade nodu swalpa (see this/ that side) 

  • Gudisi horesiri floor na (sweep and mop the house the floor) 

  • Pathre toliri (wash the vessels) 

  • Kasamarige allide nodi (see,broomstick is their) 

  • Batte hogidu ona haki (wash the cloth and dry it )
  • Innu clean agilla (still it’s not clean) 

  • Sari mane ge hogi ( ok go home)
